Product Use Information

APPLICATIONS: Used for bundling, fixing, and sealing; once closed, they cannot be reopened. They find application particularly in electrical wiring where it is necessary to hold together or fix cables; they are also useful in all situations where a non-releasable tie is needed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Wrap the tie around the products to be secured, insert the tail into its head up to the pre-locking tooth, position the elements to be fixed correctly (if necessary, with light tension, the tie can still be opened for better positioning), take the tail in the serrated part and exert tension until complete tightening. Cut the unused protruding part.

acids, even concentrated (e.g. sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid)
bases (caustic soda, ammonia)
salts
aqueous solutions
numerous organic solvents (alcohols, light ketones)

OPERATING TEMPERATURE:
Minimum operating temperature: approx. -20°C
Maximum continuous operating temperature: approx. +80°C
Melting point: approx. 170°C.

INTERESTING FACT:
the low density of PP allows the cable ties to float.
