Cable tie with eyelet drawing – Cobra

Wiring cable ties made of PA6.6, natural and black color, are suggested for screw fixing on any kind of support, as a panel. Ideal for switchboards, temporary fixing and special wirings.
The hooking system between the pawl and the rack permits the fixing of various diameters.
In case of a non manual installation, please make sure your tool is regulated for a stress in proportion to the size of the cable tie.

Cobra® Screw-Mount Cable Ties PA6.6, Eyelet Cable Ties for Screw Fixing

Cobra® screw-mount cable ties (also called eyelet cable ties or cable ties with mounting hole) feature an integrated eyelet through the head, allowing the cable bundle to be fixed to any flat surface using a standard screw or bolt. The correct solution when a removable, repositionable, or load-bearing cable mount is required.
Hole dimensions for screw insertion: 3.2, 4.2, 5.5, 5.7, 6.3 mm.
Available in natural. PA6.6 nylon construction. Operating temperature: −40°C to +85°C. Flame rated UL 94 V-2. CE compliant.

Screw-Mount Cable Ties, Eyelet Cable Ties for Fixed Surface Mounting

Cobra® screw-mount cable ties add a circular eyelet to the cable tie head. The eyelet accepts a standard screw or bolt, allowing the cable bundle to be permanently and robustly fixed to a back plate, structural member, duct, or any flat surface. Unlike adhesive-backed cable tie mounts, screw-fixed eyelets are appropriate for high-vibration environments, heavy cable bundles, and surfaces where adhesive anchoring is unreliable.

Eyelet Cable Ties

Screw-mount cable ties are the correct choice when: load-bearing capacity is required, the surface is unsuitable for adhesive (powder-coated, galvanised, or rough), the installation will be in a vibration or high-temperature environment, or the mounting point must be accessible for future repositioning.
HOW TO USE: SCREW-MOUNT EYELET INSTALLATION
Align the integrated eyelet with the pilot hole and secure it to the panel or substrate using a screw or bolt. Once the anchor is fixed, wrap the tie around the cable bundle and thread the tail through the head to engage the precision locking system. Pull until the bundle is secure, using a tensioning tool for a professional finish and a clean, flush cut ( 8504, 8513, 8534) .  Hole diameters for screw : 3.2 mm / 4.2 mm / 5.5 mm / 5.7 mm / 6.3 mm.
