Practical inviolable seal, progressively numbered. The closure is reinforced with a metal insert for maximum security. Its slim body makes it very versatile and applicable from minimum holes of just 2.5 mm. Non-reusable, it is ideal for sealing packaging with sensitive contents, for identifying and recognizing any object such as trolley, fire extinguishers, security doors, clothing, safety boxes, emergency kits etc. It is suitable for multiple uses also in the transport sector. Other colors or customizations available on request.

Cobra® Plastic Security Seals Type 1 - Adjustable, Metal-Reinforced Closure

Cobra® Type 1 security seals are adjustable plastic seals with a metal-insert locking mechanism, providing a tamper-evident closure for containers, valves, meters, and equipment. Once locked, the seal cannot be opened without visible destruction, providing clear evidence of unauthorised access.
Available in assorted colours for colour-coded identification. Adjustable length.

Plastic Security Seals Type 1 — Metal-Insert Tamper-Evident Seals

Cobra® Type 1 plastic seals are single-use tamper-evident fasteners for securing containers, gates, valves, electric meters, fire extinguishers, and access panels. The metal insert inside the locking head provides resistance to manipulation.

Seal Types Comparison

Type 1 (this product) - Metal-reinforced closure:
Highest pull-out resistance in the Cobra® seal range. Specified for utility meters, fuel valves, high-security containers, and applications where a greater deterrence to tampering is required.
Type 2 - Adjustable plastic closure:
Good pull-out resistance and adjustable closure adjustable closure thanks to the ratchet mechanism (notches) . General logistics, industrial, and administrative sealing.
Type 3 - High-resistance construction:
Heavy-duty seal for applications requiring higher break force. The seal body is the widest among these models, ensuring a tight seal.
