Push mount cable ties for panels

Wiring cable ties made of PA6.6, natural and black color, are suggested for fixing on panels by insertion in a hole thus granting a steady application. Ideal for switchboards, special wirings and inner panels of appliances (when already mounted on the wiring they shorten the assembly work time of devices).
The hooking system between the pawl and the rack permits the fixing of various diameters.
In case of a non manual installation, please make sure your tool is regulated for a stress in proportion to the size of the cable tie.

Cobra® arrowhead push-mount cable ties combine a cable tie with an arrowhead clip that snaps directly into standard panel apertures (round holes), securing both the cable bundle and the mounting point in a single push-fit operation. No tools, adhesives, mounting hardware, or screws required.

Push-Mounting Cable Ties with Arrowhead Clip - Panel-Fix Zip Ties

Cobra® arrowhead push-mount cable ties are a one-piece solution for panel cable routing. The arrowhead clip on the head is designed to push through a standard round panel hole and lock by spring-flex deflection of the arrow wings. No secondary mounting component is needed : the tie goes in one motion, simultaneously fixing the bundle and anchoring it to the panel.

HOW TO USE : ARROWHEAD PUSH-FIT INSTALLATION
Push the arrowhead anchor into any round panel aperture. The barbed head expands on insertion and locks against the rear face of the panel. No screws. No tools. No pre-threading. Suitable for panels with punched or drilled circular apertures. Compatible hole diameters: 4 mm / 4.5 mm / 6 mm.
