Wiring cable ties made of nylon PA6.6, natural color, are suggested for the fixing and identification of small bundle of cables. The hooking system between the pawl and the rack permits the fixing of various diameters. The marker plate, (25,4×8) mm, is part of the body of the tie,perpendicular to what is being fixed. Its surface can be written with a marker pen.

Identification Cable Ties with Under-Head Marker Plate - Type 1
Cobra® Type 1 marker plate cable ties integrate the identification tag and the fastening function into a single component. The tag is moulded under the head, meaning it lies flat against the cable bundle when tightened and does not project outwards, making it suitable for installations with limited clearance.
The target plate can be customized with printed numbers, letters and barcodes according to customer requirements. Subject to individual evaluation.
Marker Plate Position and Design
The Type 1 marker plate is located on the underside of the head, against the cable bundle surface when installed. Tag dimensions: 25.4 × 8 mm. The writing surface is smooth, compatible with permanent markers and self-adhesive printed labels. The tag is integral to the cable ties.
Choosing the Right Identification Cable Tie: Type 1 vs. Type 2 vs. Type 3
Marker cable ties under-head, Type 1:
Tag faces the bundle. Suitable for installations where the identification must be visible from a specific viewing angle or where projecting tags would obstruct adjacent components. Use where lateral clearance is limited. Tag dimensions: 25.4 × 8 mm.
Marker cable ties above-head, Type 2 :
Tag faces away from the bundle, towards the viewer. Best readability in open installations, cable trays, and racks where the tie head is visible from above or the front. Tag dimensions: 20.4 × 9 mm.
Marker cable under-head and larger tag, Type 3 :
Larger tag area for more text, barcodes, or QR codes. Same under-head position as Type 1.
Tag dimensions: 13 × 28 mm.
