Wiring cable ties made of nylon PA6.6, high heat stabilized, red ruby RAL 3003 color, are suggested for applications exposed to high heat. The hooking system between the pawl and the rack permits the fixing of various diameters.
Maximum heat for continuous use 125°C. Maximum heat acceptable for brief periods 150°C.Easy manual installation. In case of a non manual installation, please make sure your tool is regulated for a stress in proportion to the size of the cable tie.
Heat Stabilised Cobra® Cable Ties PA6.6 — High-Temperature Cable Management, Made in Italy
Cobra® heat stabilised cable ties are manufactured from PA6.6 nylon with a heat-stabilisation compound, extending the continuous operating temperature range to +125°C. Maximum allowable temperature for short periods: 150°C. The distinctive ruby-red colour (RAL 3003) provides immediate visual identification in thermal environments. Required for engine compartments, HVAC equipment, industrial machinery, and any installation exposed to continuous elevated temperatures.
Operating temperature: −40°C to +125°C continuous. Maximum allowable temperature for short periods: 150°C. Flame rated UL 94 V-2. CE compliant. Made in Italy.

Chemical Resistance
PA6.6 heat-stabilised cable ties resist: mineral oils, greases, soaps, detergents, bases, petroleum products, chlorinated solvents, and alcohols. Limited resistance to strong acids. Not resistant to phenols.
